Today is #NationalDoctorsDay and we want to say thank you to all the brave medical professionals on the front lines during this time of crisis. We all need to do our bit and we can all start with regularly washing our hands. Wash your hands, don't touch your face and stay home. All of our masseuses, administration, cleaners and receptionist at Michelle’s, Nirvana, RPM and our outcall service My Girls want to say a massive thank you to all of our health professionals working to looking after us physically, mentally and socially during this time. We understand that our medical professionals often put themselves at risk to look after us and we want to acknowledge these risks and the difference it makes. The entire country is standing behind you right now in support. Everyone here is trying to do their bit by social distancing and voluntary isolation, we can only hope that it is enough.
We always need our health professionals, but now we need them more than ever. If you know a first responder, doctor or nurse say thank you today. Even more, say thanks to the cleaners, retail workers and individuals who are working endlessly to provide us with the essentials. We ask all of our customers to check in on their vulnerable family, friends and neighbours, make sure they have everything they need.
Our Australian spirit can shine now if we let it. Let's focus on the good we have as a society. We have enough toilet paper, pasta and leggo sauce. For everyone's sake buy only what you need. Take today as the day to listen to the professionals. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, use hand-santiser when you can't wash your hands, maintain a social distance of 1.5 metres, don't touch your face and stay home if possible. Remember the virus can be spread via droplets in the air, so good respiratory hygiene can protect you can the people around you. Cover your coughs and sneezes.
We will be opening our doors again when it is safe to do so, by the professionals. Thanks again, to every health professional saving us during this time.
