How to do:

  1. Standing behind your lady, hold her hands for support and get her to stick her butt into you. Supporting her, and allowing her to counterbalance, get her to lift her legs up and slowly walk them up to your legs until she is at hip height, allow her to hook her feet into your arms for support.
  2. Alternatively, get into this position when on a bed or chair and lift her up.
  3. Use the momentum from your movements to make this an enjoyable and deep experience. 

Please be careful not to do this position if you cannot hold your woman's weight, or you're feeling a little unstable.
