How to do:

  1. Have your woman use the rings, benches or anything secure for stability and as a lifting aid. As she pumps on your dick she will use the rings to lift herself up with ease.  
  2. Lay down underneath her and get the correct positioning. Hold on to her legs for extra stability and control. 
  3. Walk up the wall until you are at the desired height
  4. Have your women use the rings to lift her body up and down if she wants a workout or control, otherwise lift your hips up and down as if doing a bridge.
