Water Isn’t Wet!

Water Isn’t Wet!

Opposed to common belief shower sex doesn’t necessarily mean the parts you want to be slippery will remain wet. Water isn't wet! I repeat Water isn't wet! Do bring lube whenever you want o play in the water. When enjoying shower time as either foreplay, post-play or the main event ensure you come prepared. The bare minimum you want to bring to water sex is some lubrication and protection. For those of you who wanna “rinse and repeat” in the shower at home or with a massage lady, I’ve listed some key things to know.

Avoid Soaps on female private parts.

While washing is important: wash carefully and never directly apply soap to a ladies nether region. If you didn’t know before you know now. Vaginas are self-cleaning, meaning there’s no need to douche, soap up or scrub the inside of the vagina itself. In fact, this can mess with the PH levels and lead to an imbalance. The outer lips can be washed but be careful as the skin is sensitive and some soaps can be painful or cause irritation.

Water isn’t wet, bring something slippery.

It’s important to ensure there is enough lubrication to enjoy a slippery time. Water washes away natural lubrication. Therefore, it’s important to choose the right lube for you. Oil-based lube is great you’re not using condoms as oil doesn’t wash off as easily in water. However, if you’re using latex condoms water or silicone-based lube is essential as oil and latex don’t mix. Using lube will ensure it’s incredibly slippery and you won’t need to rely desperately on Saliva. Using the right lube will ensure the condom remains intact.

Safety first.

While protection is important, so is preparation. Other than having anti-slip floors or mats, purchase and install heavy grade suction (or permanent rails) safety bars for extra grip and stability. Not only do they provide extra safety these bars will come in handy for achieving the best possible positions. Besides, the last thing you want to do is slip - anywhere other than inside your ladies private areas.

If you’re into outdoor sex, such as a pool or beach - please be extra careful. Try not to do too much fingering or pull out too many times as chlorine and sea or lake water aren’t the best vagina. Try to limit as much as possible pushing any water into the vagina. Always shower and urinate as soon as possible after. I’d advise bringing an inflatable pool bed, a Kayak or anything that can get you out of the water itself if possible.
