POSITION OF THE WEEK...THE SEATED AND STANDING WHEELBARROW.
The wheelbarrow is definitely a tricky one requiring a lot of trust between both parties. It’s a real workout of a position, the person acting as the wheelbarrow needs good core strength and strong thighs and the person holding up the barrow needs great core and biceps. If not you may just find yourself dropping your wheelbarrow on the head, ouch huge chiro bills ahead.
Ok so what’s a great precursor to the standing wheelbarrow, the seated wheelbarrow of course. So how to achieve it. A good way to start is for the male to sit on the side of the bed while their partner, being either male or female, puts their hands on the floor and waist on his lap. The wheelbarrow can then place their legs on either side of his buttocks while he supports you by holding onto your hips and pelvis. If you’re the partner acting as the barrow you might want to secure your hold a bit more by either squeezing your thighs tight against his hips or wrapping your legs around him. Seems tricky but it’s definitely doable.
Now if you both feel comfortable with the seated wheelbarrow then you could move onto the standing position quite easily just by having your lover carefully move to a standing position from the seated one. Just be sure both of you have good footing and handing in the barrows case, and gently make your way to a stand. Both of you can help each other through communication to make sure you reach the standing position safely, and the lover doing the standing should hold onto their lover’s thighs or hips to help keep them upright. You can hold by the thighs when doing the standing wheelbarrow or if you’re both really game hold by the knees while penetrating. However, the latter (the knees) is a lot riskier so be warned.
